Merdeka.com – Four of the nine Golkar Caketum that advanced at the National Conference did not qualify. Among them are Indra Bambang Utoyo (IBU), Ahmad Anama, Derek Loupatty and Aris Mandji.
"Of the 9 names that registered themselves, there were 4 names that did not meet the requirements," said Chairman of the Election Committee (OC) of the Golkar National Conference, Maman Abdurahman at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Kuningan, Jakarta, Tuesday (3/11).
Of the four names there are prerequisites that have not yet been fulfilled. First IBU, he said, there were points that were not met about establishing another party if they lost at the National Conference.
"He (IBU) gave several reasons. Finally we decided he did not meet the requirements," said Maman.
Then for Ahmad Anama, he has not been included in the central management or Golkar DPP for 5 years. Furthermore, for Derek Loupatty, the requirements for PDLT questions related to achievement and so on were not fulfilled.
"However, from the active side of him (Derek Loupatty) in youth organizations must be appreciated, but because of this contest the General Assembly, what is seen is an internal achievement," he said.
Meanwhile, for Aris Mandji, some had been candidates from other parties.
He said, if Golkar's caketum had contributed to the establishment of another party or had been active in another party, this could be a poor record for the cadre cadres.
"Finally, the election committee really made decisions based on facts and data," he said. (ded)
