According to her, by the evening of January 15 in the capital will snow and rain.
“Mostly cloudy weather awaits us, without significant precipitation, but in the evening after 20 hours we expect precipitation – wet snow turning into rain,” Elena Volosyuk quotes RIA News.
She also added that the temperature in Moscow will be close to the 1993 record in terms of indicators. Then in the capital, the air temperature was recorded at around 3.1 degrees above zero.
According to the meteorologist, on Wednesday, plus 1-3 degrees is expected, the south-west wind 4-9 meters per second with amplification in the evening.
