Much has been said about digital content subscriptions! In most cases it happens almost involuntarily and NOS has even finished with WAP Billing so that customers don't have surprises on the bill.
MEO now allows customers to manage digital content subscriptions.
What is WAP Billing?
Wap Billing is a service that allows customers of telecommunications operators, who have a mobile phone and active mobile services, to make payments for services and digital content made available by third parties, through pages on the Internet.
Customers can subscribe to services or video content, games, wallpapers, astrology, adult content, among others, using their balance or invoice in this transaction. Depending on whether they are prepaid or postpaid customers, respectively.
Manage digital content subscriptions in the MEO Client Area
To manage your digital content subscriptions just go to Customers area and then select the mobile number for which you want to manage subscriptions.
Then find the section Subscriptions> Payment of Digital Content.
Next you will find three sections: other content, Special contents and Media Contents. Check what is active and what you want to block. Below you can access the subscription history and also know the current ones.
That's basically it! In a simple way and without the need to call customer support, the user can manage what they have subscribed to in terms of digital content.
