The certainty of the summons and inspection of those responsible for the illegal mining, was confirmed by the Jayapura City Police Chief AKBP Gustav R. Urbinas.
"Scheduled on Saturday (4/7/2020), three people suspected of being in charge will be asked to provide information by Jayapura City Police Criminal Investigation investigators," he said.
Gustav further revealed, for the role of the three so far unknown, but what is clearly still a witness status, like 17 other people who have been sent home after being secured from the illegal mining location.

In addition to the three people, his party will also request information from expert witnesses in the fields of mineral, environment and forestry and conservation to support the investigation process.

Members of Jayapura City Police Station managed to secure 17 jobs from illegal mining locations in the Buper Waena area, and seized several tools for the illegal mining operation.
After undergoing the inspection in less than one 24-hour period, the 17 illegal mines were repatriated and are currently still witnesses.
